She also teaches modern philosophy as adjunct lecturer at the Hellenic Open University. She was educated at the Universities of Athens, Paris XII-Val de Marne, and SUNY Stony Brook. She is the author of Habermas and the Neoaristotelians. The Ethics of Discourse in J\u00fcrgen Habermas and the Challenge of Neoaristotelianism (2006); Towards a Hermeneutics of the Technological World: From Heidegger to Contemporary Technoscience (2010); Bios-kin\u0113sis-kairos-techn\u0113-polis: Phenomenological Approaches (2017), and over fifty journal articles and contributed book chapters. She is also the co-editor of the anthology States and Citizens: Community, Identity, Diversity (2016) funded by the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation. Her philosophical interests range broadly over contemporary phenomenology, hermeneutics, theories of modernity, practical philosophy and the continental philosophy of technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Area
